Manisfesting Your Dream Client
Joining us on this workshop, will be Emma Martin, a mindfulness life coach. She will kick off this action packed two day workshop by talking about mindset, personal growth and self worth. Starting with a vision board activity to really give you some goals to work towards.
Portfolio Building
We will photograph three separate models across both days, including a maternity shoot, a mummy & me session and a family shoot. Each shoot will take place in a different part of the house, allowing you to build a portfolio of unique and different sessions.
Personal Headshots
With any well curated portfolio and website, you need headshots that reflect that. You will have a short 1-2-1 session with Sarah as well as an opportunity to pair up and photograph one another through the location.
Sound Bath
The only way we could draw this magical two days to end is with a calming, centring sound bath with Emma. We will lay and relax together as she guides us through a gentle meditation and treats us all to the relaxing tones of singing bowls.

You might say that my business is made of two halves. I first spent 10 years as a freelance Fashion Stylist and then after turning 30, turned my hand back to photography (after studying at University). This experience in the fashion industry is one that I draw on all the time in my work today.
I’ve been capturing clients in their home since the very beginning and still do it monthly, even today. Home sessions will always remain one of my favourite ways to document my clients and I want you, 10 years down the line, to still feel the same way.
I truly believe that a diverse and curated portfolio goes a long way in attracting new clients and expanding your reach.

The most important thing to consider is that this workshop, will not go into any photography education, so there won’t be time for 1-to-1 assistance with camera usage. It’s therefore important that you are confident with using your own camera without assistance. If you’re happy using your camera, then you will certainly enjoy and benefit from the experience.

Yes, absolutely. It will be great to experience shooting in a new environment and how you can think about learning and adapting on the go. You will have the advantage of already being experienced with using your own camera and working with real life families.

Absolutely! I want you to come away with images that you are proud of and can use to help grow your work and perhaps even gain new clients. And remember, you can edit your images the same way you would at home - so if you always shoot natural light, use the same presets and editing techniques and the images should fit well into your current portfolio!

Once you’re booked in, you’ll receive an email with lots of useful info about planning your trip. The location is probably best reached by car, and there is lots of parking available on site. If you do need to come by train, the closest station is some distance and would require a taxi.
