BOOKING YOUR LUXURY PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
At Sarah Kate London, I’m honoured to create an unforgettable photography experience that celebrates you, your family, and a whole load of meaningful moments that matter most. My luxury approach to Motherhood photography offers a full service experience, meaning your images won’t be buried on your camera roll, but instead will printed and enjoyed everyday within your home; from bespoke framing to handcrafted albums.
Whether you're documenting your pregnancy, capturing those early weeks with your baby, or celebrating everyday family life - every shoot is secured with an up-front session fee.
Weekday Session Fee: £150
*£75 supplement for weekend sessions
Your session fee is paid at the time of booking to secure your shoot. It is non-refundable, but is transferable in the event of illness.
Your session fee includes your time spent with me at my South London studio, or in your home. It covers my time and expertise with over 20 years working in a photography environment.
The session fee does not include any images.
Around 1-2 weeks after your session your will be invited back for a viewing appointment to select the images you love the most and select the collection or products you wish to order.
Your Viewing Appointment
Receive expert guidance in selecting your most impactful images, thoughtfully chosen for artwork and products. You will have a choice between ordering a bespoke Collection; make up of digitals and product, or ordering from my A La Carte selection.
Collections start at £450
Digital Packages start at £350
Bespoke framing starts at £450
Handcrafted albums start at £450
If you choose not to purchase a collection after your shoot, a £500 minimum spend applies.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s always nice to have a plan of action and know what to expect along the way. So here is a brief outline of what you can expect when you book a session with me.
Step ONE
Make an enquiry with me, either via the website or email me directly at hello@sarahkate.london
Step TWO
We find a date that works for us both and you secure your booking by paying your session fee.
STEP THREE
A few weeks prior to your shoot, you will receive an email with your Shoot Guide, detailing all the things you might need to prepare for your session and lots of handy tips on what to wear.

Shoot day…woohoo!!! This is where we make memories together.
step five
After the session, I will begin preparing your beautiful gallery. During this time you will be invited to book a Reveal Session at a time that best suits you. This is where you’ll see your gallery for the first time.
step six
It’s your Reveal Session. Time to fall in love with your photos, make decisions about which images you’d like to keep and select the best way to celebrate your photos; in print or wall art.
step seven
Once you have made those all-important decisions, you can download your digital images within 5-7 days of our appointment, and product orders will be delivered around 4-5 weeks following that.

Enjoy your beautiful images every day, on display at home, the way they should be.
