These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations when purchasing any Sarah Kate London LUXE gown, via this website www.sarahkate.london or via direct communication with Sarah Kate London Ltd on email or other.

Should we need to contact you, we will do so on email via hello@sarahkate.london. It is your responsibility to inform us of any details that change.

2. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT FOR CUSTOM SIZE DRESSES 

2.1  Your contract starts, when you have placed your order and have agreed to our terms and conditions.

2.2  Full payments and deposit payments are non refundable unless we cannot fulfill your order.

2.4 CHANGING YOUR MIND.

All payments for custom garments are non-refundable. This is in accordance with the distant selling laws for goods that are bespoke / made to measure.

3. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY 

3.1 Dispatch times may vary, but we estimate despatch is 6-12 weeks after we receive your order. These are custom designs made to order, so take time to cut, stitch, quality check and pack. We appreciate your patience.

3.2 We are not responsible for delays outside our control, due to unexpected events. If in the rare circumstances this happens, we will be in contact immediately via email, and let you know.

3.3 We will be in contact once your dress is ready to ship. Once shipped, it’s your responsibility to track and take delivery of the goods. Mistakes in your address input are your responsibility. If this occurs, please contact us immediately so we can try and help.

4. CUSTOM FEES

4.1 These fees are NOT prepaid, they are your responsibility. For more information we suggest you contact your countries customs and excise.

4.2 Any refused customs payments and non delivery of goods that are shipped back to us by our courier will not be refunded. If you then decide you want the goods shipped again, additional shipping fees will be charged along with the return shipment costs from our chosen courier.

5. IMAGES / VARIATION OF STYLES

5.1 Products may vary slightly from images featured on this website. All images of the products are for illustrative purposes only, although every effort is made accurately represent the garments.

6. ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE

6.1 We are not liable for any damage arising from, any accidents, eg, jewellery snags, or cleaning mishaps.

7. LICENCE

7.1 Unless otherwise stated, Sarah Kate London Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.sarahkate.london. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.sarahkate.london for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Sarah Kate London or Sarah Kate London LUXE gown collection.

  • Sell, rent or sub-license Sarah Kate London LUXE gowns

  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Sarah Kate London LUXE gowns

  • Redistribute content from Sarah Kate London or Sarah Kate London LUXE gowns

8. LIABILITY

8.1 Sarah Kate London Ltd shall not be deemed to be in breach of this contract as a result of acts beyond the reasonable control of Sarah Kate London Ltd including without limitation act of God, war, riot, civil commotion or terrorist attack, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, accident, fire, flood or storm.

8.2 Sarah Kate London Ltd brings to your attention the fact that the Sarah Kate London LUXE gowns are delicate items and extreme care should be afforded to them. Consequently, Sarah Kate London Ltd shall not be liable for any damage to the your gown arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party/client.

8.3 Sarah Kate London Ltd liability for all direct or indirect losses as a consequence of any breach by Sarah Kate London Ltd of this contract shall be limited to the price of the gown in question.

8.4 These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
